Thank you for shopping at Ayzal Fatimah. We deal exclusively in unstitched collections and ensure that every suit is packed with care and dispatched quickly across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Unstitched Suits: Orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines & Charges

  • Lahore: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of Pakistan: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout unless eligible for free shipping promotions.

Order Verification & Tracking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details and address before booking with the courier.

  • Tracking Details: As soon as your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • Please provide a complete delivery address with clear landmarks and an active contact number.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, keep the exact payable amount ready for the rider to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Courier Protocol: Courier riders do not allow parcels to be opened before full payment is handed over. If you find any damaged, defective, or missing pieces inside the unstitched suit after opening, please contact us immediately under our Return & Exchange Policy.
